Day 1 - Cairo Full Day

Arrival at Cairo Airport. Meet and assist by Wedjat Tours representative, then transfer to the hotel.

Start visiting the Pyramids of Giza (Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure) and the Sphinx, which was carved directly out of the bedrock during the 4th Dynasty and is associated with King Khafre. Enjoy a camel ride and take lovely photos.

Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), also known as the Giza Museum, located about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Giza pyramid complex. The museum will host over 100,000 artifacts from ancient Egyptian civilization, including the complete Tutankhamun collection, many of which will be displayed for the first time. It is set to be the world's largest archaeological museum.

Then visit the Citadel of Saladin, a medieval Islamic-era fortification in Cairo built by Salah ad-Din (Saladin), followed by the Mosque of Muhammad Ali.

Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
